Gratuity is not included in rates. Gratuities are appreciated for good service but not required. In certain circumstances a fuel charge may apply but only with complete understanding of customers. No additional fees.

All reservation can be paid in full or a minimum 20% deposit required to hold and confirm. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any balances due must be paid for upon pick up prior to service commencing unless other arrangements have been made. All cancellations less than 72 hours notice to Twilite Limousine and Tour Company will be charged full rates. Twilite Limousine and Tour Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to use a similar or better vehicle. Twilite Limousine and Tour Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
